High leverage diagonal cutter with patented double joint. Great for rough and very fine cutting. Double hinge design by reapplying the tool to the cut. Cutting capacity – up to 7/32″ for soft wire, up to 3/16: for medium, up to 1/8″ for hard and up to 1/8″ for piano wire.
